Players are evaluated directly by academy staff
Selected players may be:
- Invited back for extended training
- Offered academy placement
- Recommended for continued development pathways
All decisions are made by the academies.
Who Can Apply
- Ages: 13–18
- Players: Boys & Girls
- Level: Competitive youth and academy-level players
Players are evaluated and placed according to age, position, and playing level.
- Duration: 10–14 days - Players train within professional academy teams.
Players may:
- Book their own hotel or housing
or - Contact us for accommodation assistance
Train Year-Round with a European Professional Academy
ECES offers U.S. athletes the opportunity to train with professional academies in Europe throughout the year. This program is designed for players who want to test their level, develop in a new environment, and experience the professional academy system firsthand.
Overview
Players train within a professional European academy environment, experiencing the daily demands, structure, and standards of elite football. Our network of experienced coaches provides youth athletes with the opportunity to experience high-level training environments that support learning, development, and exposure.
