Where will I be boarding?

Athletes and their families will enjoy accommodation at one of our luxurious 4-star hotels, where meals and nutritional intake are tailored to our training goals. Athletes are encouraged to inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies in advance. Our all-inclusive hotel package covers all meals and beverages consumed on the premises.

Rooms are allocated with two athletes per room, and requests for specific roommates or room arrangements can be made prior to arrival. Separate floors are designated for boys and girls, and it's important to note that no outside third parties are permitted in the rooms at any time, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all participants.

When do I need to arrive?

Please note that arrival on the day prior to the camp is required. If you or your family wish to extend your stay and explore Ayia Napa for additional days, kindly inform us before the deadline. This proactive communication will ensure that you are not subject to the hotel's regular guest charges during the peak season of July and August, where prices are typically tripled. We encourage early notification to facilitate seamless arrangements and ensure a smooth transition for your extended stay.

Payments

We offer convenient online payments and bank wire transfers for registration. To secure your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. Due to high tourism rates, registrations for our Summer camp must be submitted 3 months in advance, and for our Spring break camp, 5 months in advance. Full payment is necessary before attending the camp to finalize your registration.

How are the groups and training sessions structured?

Athletes are grouped by age, level and objective data based on the assessments athletes perform on the first day. The coaches are able to determine the volume, intensity, skill and various types of training and workloads  needed to improve and sustain the athlete for the duration of the camp. There will be 8-10 athletes to 1 trainer at each session.

Do I need to bring training gear and equipment?

Athletes should bring 5 sets of training gear along with their soccer and running shoes. We provide laundry services every four days. We recommend all important documents, money or any other valuable items are checked in on arrival or use the safe deposit box provided by the hotel. We are not responsible for any theft or broken items.

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the price of the camp. Contact our travel agent in Chicago to book your ticket or book through us. We have found the most convenient connecting flights to Larnaca airport for you.

Do I need a visa to travel to Cyprus?

For U.S. passport holders and EU residents, no visa is required to travel to Cyprus. However, it's essential to note that passports must have more than six months left until the expiration date for international travel. This ensures smooth entry into Cyprus and compliance with travel regulations.
